Lecture 1 History of united states of America. This lecture includes a background story that how america was discovered, how new world was discovered by old world. and how Ottoman Empire came into rule and Roman empire was dissolved and how byzantine empire which was considered the last memory of Roman Empire was shrinked to Constantinople what was later called Istanbul and finally the prediction of hazrat Muhammad peace be upon him came true and muslims captured kustuntuniya (Constantinople) in the leadership of Sultan M.Fateh and it was a hard time for europeans and muslims both were rival's of each other as traditional rivalry exists between muslims and Orthodox Christians due to Crusade wars and fall of granada 1942 crusade wars were series of wars fought between muslims and saleebis nonmuslims and the capture of Constantinople by muslims so at one side muslims lost granada and at the other side non muslims lost Constantinople (Kustuntuniya/ Istanbul) so due to these continue rivalries Muslims blocked all the way to asia upon europeans. via sea and via land as well. now European who were the great importers of goods from asia lost all their trade economy and connections from rest of the world. they badly get confined into europe and all their connection get lost, they simply get detached from rest of world just because of getting banned by turks ottomans. now europeans get declined politically economically socially religiously spiritually and morally after loosing their religion center Hagia Sophia and economic center Istanbul. now they started reading the writings of Marco polo who was a great traveller of history. marcopolo's writings include a lot of exaggeration regarding gold in asia and japan and china's palaces. marcopolo's writings now appeared as a hope for europeans and they started making voyages to asia to bring gold back to europe. Christopher Columbus was also a one who was inspired from writings of marcopolo.
