The Witcher 2: Kayran fight
Geralt teams up with Síle de Tansarville to fight the kayran. He drinks his potions, along with mongoose made from the ostmurk, and coats the silver sword with an oil. The kayran trap is not available but Geralt can always use Yrden as Síle points out by yelling down from above.
