Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII - Genesis (Hard Mode, No DMW, No Heal)

This is a battle that happens inside the Mako Excavation Facility when Zack tries to protect Hollander from being killed by Genesis. The only dangerous move Genesis has is Black Feather that can deal multi hit damage and inflict Poison. This attack covers wide radius so it's impossible to completely dodge the attack. Therefore, blocking is recommended to mitigate the damage. However, similar to G Eraser in Chapter 4, Genesis is also susceptible to Poison so that will become your main damage source.
