Do try this recipe and let me know how it turned out for you. Ingredients: Tsp- tea spoon Tbsp- table spoon For the kadhi: 1. Besan ( chickpea flour) – ½ cup 2. Curd – 2 cup 3. Turmeric powder – ½ tbsp 4. Water- 4.5 cup 5. Salt to taste For Pakora: 1. Besan – 1cup 2. Onion -1 medium 3. Green chili – 2 4. Salt to taste 5. Baking soda – 2 to 3 pinch For tempering: 1. Oil 2. Mustard seed 1&1/2 tsp 3. Garlic cloves-8 pods 4. Red chili – 4 5. Red chili powder – ½ tsp 6. Curry leaves 1 string. Process: 1. In the mixing grinder add the besan, curd, turmeric pwd and make a smooth paste and keep it aside. 2. Now for the pakora add to a bowl besan, chopped onion, chopped green chilly, salt to taste and baking soda. 3. Add water gradually and make thick sticky paste. 4. Heat oil in the pan, keep the flame on medium. 5. When the oil is hot add small portion of the batter and fry till golden brown and keep it aside. 6. Now take some oil in the oak. Add mustard seed, chopped garlic, red chili, curry leaves and chopped green chili. 7. Lower the frame and add the curd mix . 8. Increase the flame and stir constantly till the kadhi thickens. 9. Add the pakoras and simmer for 2-3 min. 10. Temper with oil, mustard seed, curry leaves, Kashmiri red chili. 11.
