[TUTORIAL] How to Record with NO LAG for FREE on AMD GPU's - AMD Radeon ReLive

This is a quick tutorial on how you can record your desktop or games with NO LAG at "1080p" "60fps"! This is for "AMD" systems and it is completely "FREE"! Skip to 1:27 if you already have it installed. This is similar to NVIDIAs ShadowPlay recording but for AMD and comes with most of the latest AMD GPU graphics card drivers.
