Raiden OverVape/National 12-1-1 35s

Things to improve/note: Significantly more stacked gearwise than my Eula team. Still need to get The Catch for Xiangling. Xiangling needs to be 90 for max Overload damage, mine is only 80/80. Didn't get first Raiden Burst initial hit off. Raiden's energy recharge doesn't work if it's Low Tide, which is when I normally use her burst.
