INGREDIENTS Boiled Chickpea 1 cup Dahi boondi (crispy fried gram flour balls) 1 cup Boiled potato 3/4 cup Tamarind pulp 3-4 tbs Green chili 1 tbs Onion 1 small Tomato 1 small Yogurt 1 cup Salt to taste Chaat masala as required Sugar 1 tsp Green coriander 2 tbs INSTRUCTIONS 1. Prepare dressing by adding tamarind pulp, salt, chopped green chili and chat masala. 2. In another bowl prepare yogurt by adding salt, chaat masala and sugar in it. Whisk well. 3. In a large mixing bowl, combine boiled chickpeas, diced potatoes, chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, chopped coriander leaves, tamarind dressing. Mix all ingredients. 4. Now make layers by first adding prepared chickpeas and then dahi boondi. 5. Pour prepared Yogurt. 6. Top it with Papri, green coriander and chaat masala. 7. Serve immediately and enjoy this delicious Dahi Boondi Aloo Chana Chaat as a snack or appetizer during Ramadan or any other occasion!
