Trump Could Announce 2024 Presidential Run As Early As Next Week

According to a new report from The Associated Press, Donald Trump could announce his 2024 presidential run immediately following next week's midterm elections. Trump has been wanting to make an announcement for months, but his advisers were able to convince him to wait until after the midterms. But that hurdle disappears next week, setting the stage for Trump to become the sole focus of the Party. Ring of Fire's Farron Cousins discusses this. Link - https://www.yahoo.com/news/trump-2024... In a major report from the Associated Press yesterday, Republicans across the country are gearing up not just for the midterms next week, but for probably shortly after those midterms for Donald Trump to announce that he is in fact running for president again in 2024. Now, Trump had wanted, let's, let's think back a couple of months here. Trump had wanted to announce that he was running for president on the 4th of July. Like that was when he was supposed to make the announcement. Then they thought, Okay, well he is gonna push it back. He's gonna do it in August. Now maybe he's gonna do it in September. We'd love for him to do it after the midterms, but you know, the guy can't be controlled. Well, he apparently was, and he pushed that announcement back, but he's made a lot of ru uh, moves recently that we've talked about, right? With the creation of the, uh, MAGA Inc. superPAC that can fund his campaign. He's shifting $30 million over to that. He's gonna announce he's running for president very, very soon. But he did finally listen to the people who are smarter than him, and he didn't do it before the midterms because he doesn't want to get blamed for the midterm losses of some of the Republican candidates out there waiting until after the midterms. Gives Donald Trump the opportunity to either take credit for Republican victories, which he will do if Republicans win as big as they think they will, or to blame the establishment Republicans like Mitch McConnell for the midterm losses, and then say, I'm running anyway, cuz I gotta fix the party. So no matter how the midterms turnout, right? If we get totally surprised and there's a massive blue wave and Democrats pick up 10 Senate seats and 70 house seats, Trump will definitely come out and run the next day and say, I've gotta fix Mitch McConnell's mess. If Republicans win, if they pick up 70 seats in the house, if they win every Senate seat up for reelection, Trump will come out and say, This happened because of me, the party needs me. So I'm running again. There's no lose lose scenario for Donald Trump. No matter what happens, he is either gonna claim victory or find the person to blame and say that he is the only one that is capable of running the Republican Party. So I do believe that Donald Trump is going to announce very soon. I do agree with this report from the Associated Press, and here's why. Not just because of those reasons I gave, right? He's got an easy way to, uh, announce following the midterms, but following the midterms, what's the media gonna be talking about? They're gonna be talking about the upcoming Republican majority. They're gonna be talking about the investigations. They're gonna launch. They're gonna be talking about the new members. They're gonna be talking about the members that are gone. In short, they're gonna be talking about everything except Donald Trump, and that's gonna Go on for months. Trump doesn't want that. He can't disappear from the news cycle for months on end. So I wouldn't be surprised if the day after the midterms next week, if next Wednesday Trump came out and said, I'm running for president. That wouldn't surprise me. I don't think it'll be that soon, but I guarantee you by the end of November, I think depending on the media cycle, you know, that's the big caveat. If the media moves on and isn't talking about Trump after the midterms, he'll make that announcement as soon as possible to get everybody talking about him again.
