The game is the third in a trilogy, with the first 2 games obviously named "Hitman" & "Hitman 2". You should be able to play both these games as DLC in "Hitman 3" assuming you've already purchased their respective games (and possibly specific versions). We play as Agent 47, a professional assassin, that defected from the International Contract Agency (ICA) together with his handler, Diana Burnwood. At the end of Hitman 2 they joined forces with rogue mercenary Lucas Grey to destroy Providence: an alliance of corporate executives and industrialists collectively wielding vast global political, military, and economic influence. This game has all the missions to accomplish this goal. TLDR: Hitman = We complete missions to discover we've been played. Hitman 2 = We go after the person that played us and discover he was trying to destroy an organization else who's been playing the entire world, including us. Hitman 3 = We team up with the first guy who played us to destroy the organization.
