~INSTANT POT CARBONARA~

Say what!?!? Yes I said it . . . Instant Pot Carbonara. Ok I running to shut that front door for you. Ok by the looks of it I may have close your mouth too. Boy I see that you are stunned to hear that it's possible to be able to make such a tasty dish such as . . . . Carbonara. Now wait till to see how easy it is to make too!!! My son's were able to leave home knowing that they were taught to make their favorites dishes in Momma's beloved Instant Pot!!!! Instant Pot Carbonara 8 oz spaghetti noodles broken in half. 3 c water (just enough to cover spaghetti noodles) 2 tbsp butter 3/4 c Parmesan Cheese 1 egg 1 package Prosciutto 1 tsp dried minced garlic 1/4 tsp pepper Put tbsp oil in bottom of the instant pot insert. Fry up prosciutto until it's crispy & browned up. Give it a quick rough chop. Set aside for later. Deglaze instant pot insert with some of the water also add the bouillon & spaghetti noodles. Cover pasta with only enough water to cover pasta. Place lid on & lock into place. Close the vent & set time for 6 minutes. Then do a quick release. Open up the lid to instant pot & stir pasta up. In small bowl add beaten egg & parmesan cheese. Mix well. Add some small amounts of cheese mixture into pasta stir until it's well mixed add more egg & cheese mixture mix some more. Keep doing this until you get a nice thick cheesy sauce. Add the chopped fried prosciutto. Stir well & enjoy!!!
