INGREDIENTS Crispy Chicken 600g / 1.3 lb chicken breast 1½ tsp onion powder 1½ tsp garlic powder 1½ tsp smoked paprika Salt & black pepper 85g / 3 oz panko breadcrumbs 2 large eggs Oil (for baking) High-Protein Mac & Cheese 270g / 9.5 oz pasta (high-protein if possible) 250 ml milk (whole or skim) 65g cheddar cheese 50g mozzarella cheese 1 tbsp Dijon mustard Salt & black pepper Chili Yogurt Sauce 120g high-protein yogurt 2 tsp chili sauce Salt & black pepper Macros are calculated based on this version of the recipe.
