Lathe Turning Project - Making A Simple Mallet

Hello folks! Today I want to show you my lathe turning project. I started creating this simple mallet  a long time ago. I used a large nut and a piece of good oak. I got it new tool for my workshop.  Main processes for project: Initially, I polished this nut for a long time. Next, I used a tool to remove dirt and rust. After that, I worked with a file. At the end, I chose a good piece of wood. Oak goes well with the nut. With the help of a wood lathe, I turned the handle and everything turned out successfully. As usual, I made a test for you.
