Flag Inns - Ad Campaign featuring George Cole

This is a video presentation for the Flag National Conference in the early eighties to launch our new advertising campaign featuring George Cole (of 'Minder' fame). I think David Mackrell wrote most of the scripts. I produced them (with Cathy Hodges) in London. They were directed by by dear friend Terry Ohlsen through Kingcroft Productions. The following year I wrote a script for George in which he and I had a conversation. He was life-size on a TV monitor and I was live on stage. George generously offered to produce his part in a studio when he was shooting other stuff - at no charge - because he new our budget was tight. I still think these ads are real classics.
