PG&E to shut off power to millions in California in an attempt to avoid wildfires

PG&E PUBLIC SAFETY POWER SHUTOFFS | PG&E is rolling out the outages in three phases, shutting power to upwards to 513,00 customers early Wednesday morning, with more coming later in the afternoon.
