As fresh snow covers Sierra, drivers warned to slow down

Plenty of fresh new powder in the high Sierra Thursday as a storm moved through the region. Drivers are advised to slow down as road conditions become more dangerous. While there were no chain controls during the day, road conditions are expected to worsen as new storm hits the Sierra. Caltrans is preparing for the new storm to keep roadways clear.
