DCUO - Munitions VS Celestial: Full Might VS Full Precision - kVk Series Part 42

Hey folks, welcome to the episode n.42 of the original comparison between powersets: the kAiSeR VS kAiSeR Series. This time due to popular demand Celestial VS Munitions! Audio Transcription: Hello guys, this is Kaiser. Since many people have requested it, I’d like to compare Munitions to Celestial. For Munitions I’m going to use the Advanced Mechanic, and from all the powers you can choose for activating Bullet Frenzy I’ve chosen 50 Cal, Railguns and Rocket Launcher. For long range, these 3 powers combined gave me the best results out of all the combinations I tried. In fact, 50 Cal is a must, it has a short animation and it deals great amounts of damage, plus it also applies the burning power interaction. Railguns has a longer animation but it has a great burst damage. I personally prefer railguns because let’s say we are in raid and we are casting 50 Cal and we get interrupted; then we will lose the damage. However railguns or Rocket Launcher are burst channeling attacks, so if you get interrupted you won’t be doing more damage, but all the damage you did until you stopped will count. On the other hand, it’s complicated to get accurate results with Celestial on the sparring targets. In raids I’d use Plague into Divine Light, but here it will hit the other sparring targets and the results will be skewed, and the same happens if you use Cursed Idol (the SC). So instead I decided to use a mid-range loadout which is not splitting, rotating Retribution into Wither and Consume Soul into Wrath of the Presence. Don’t get me wrong, this loadout is very good and strong but it is mid-range. Anyways, it is enough to see how Celestial stands against Munitions. Hope you guys enjoy the video, and see you soon!
