Falafel is an extremely tasty middle eastern delicacy. It is so soft inside and has a crispy texture on the exterior. It is best had with hummus. It is a creamy dip made with chickpeas that is so yummy and healthy. Ingredients:- Falafel : 2 cup soaked chick peas 1 cup parsley 3-4 garlic clove 2tbsp chili paste 11/2tsp Lemon Water 2-3 tbsp oats flour (Any other Flour) Salt to taste Oil for frying Hummus: 1/2 cups soaked and boiled chickpeas 3-4 tbsp sesame seeds 2-3tbsp olive oil 3 garlic clove Salt to taste Lemon juice Garnish: 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil Red Chilli Powder Method:- FOR FALAFEL Add chickpeas, parsley, chili paste ,lemon juice ,garlic and grind it together. Add Salt and oats flour and Mix the mixture properly. Then Heat oil and shape the mixture into a Balls and fry them in the oil for first 40-50 sec on high flame and after that reduce flame to medium . AND FALAFEL IS READY.! FOR HUMMUS Blend together boiled and strained chickpeas, sesame seeds, olive oil, garlic, salt and lemon juice. Place the hummus in a bowl and pour some fine quality of olive oil and Sprinkle Some Red Chili Powder . AND HUMMUS IS READY!! Assemble it together and the Falafel & Hummus is ready to be served!
