This is a simple solution, when nothing else is working, your recording frame rate and shutter speed are spot on, your sequence settings are correct, your export settings are correct but when you export your media, you end up with choppy footage. If you have done everything else correct but still end up with choppy footage. You may not be using the Adobe Media Encoder. If you are like me and would select "Export" from the export menu, stop doing this right away and start using the Adobe Media Encoder from here on out. It solved all of my issues. All you have to do is select "Queue" instead of "Export" and this may solve your issue. My specific issue occurred when I had dlog drone footage mixed in with my non log footage. The clips I captured with the DJI Mavic Pro 2 would skip while all the footage taken with my camera were fine.
