11013 LTT CBE Exp gets GOC WDG4 from SBC to CBE

Looks like the permanent link for 11013/14 and 12677/78 are now GOC EMD's. They have been running with these EMD's for almost 2 weeks now in the SBC-CBE-SBC and SBC-ED-SBC routes. Here is a video captured at Bangalore Cantonment on 21st Oct 2012 where LTT-CBE was hauled by 12424 GOC WDG4
