Black Beauty Commodore 64 Repair (Wrong VIC-II again!)

In today's video I take a look at a spray painted black C64 from my "to be repaired" pile of Commodore computers. Turns out it has a similar fault as one of the newer models I fixed in a previous video: a wrong generation VIC-II graphics chip.
