Timelapse of beer fermentation
This is a timelapse of the fermentation of a 5 gallon batch of porter. The original gravity was 1.062. I used a 1.5 liter yeast starter with California Ale yeast WPL001. The snapshots were taken every 5 minutes for a period of 10 days.
