Now is the time to learn to trust and make decisions that align with your authentic self: This meditation is the first of many to guide you on your journey of self awareness, to open and activate the ajna chakra also known as third eye, to help you gain focus & insights, to access your inner wisdom and learn to trust your intuition. Alternate nostril breathing (also called Nadi Shodhana or Anulom Vilom ) which is a calming and balancing breath control technique used in yoga and meditation. to Practice Alternate Nostril Breathing you will Use your right hand: • the Thumb is placed on the right nostril • Ring finger on the left nostril • Index and middle fingers: either resting between the eyebrows or folded in Begin the cycle: • Close your right nostril with your thumb. • Inhale slowly through your left nostril. • Close your left nostril with your ring finger. • Release your right nostril and exhale slowly. • Inhale through the right nostril. • Close the right, release the left, and exhale. • This completes one full round.
