USFIV Decapre EX Scramble-Break Reset

Demonstration of a reset with Decapre, using a jump cancel out of EX Scramble - Break. By using j.HK out of the jump cancel, Decapre lands a tiny bit earlier than her opponent. She can then set up the reset from here. IMO, the most effective way to do so is with another EX Scramble, since it beats out most reversal options (except those which hit behind her opponent, e.g. Zangief's Lariat). Misc. notes: -Forgot to turn off the attack data during the first few recording attempts, and decided not to turn it off for the rest for consistency. -Decapre jumping and doing whiffed airthrows or j.HKs in some of the clips is simply because the recording makes her do so (and I didn't want to have to record more footage wust to show the setups without them).
