Superman Costume Tutorial Part 3: Boots and Cape

Ok, didn't have a chance to get a request finished this week (migraine unfortunately), so instead here is the final part of the DIY Superman costume, since I already had it filmed. This is for the boots and cape part of the costume. The base for boots were just an old pair I found for $4 in the Salvation Army. Once you get 'em painted up, all signs of wear and tear are erased.
