This is the latest transceiver from the N6QW Labs (2/19). There are only 10 devices in this rig not counting the Arduino Uno R3 and the Si5351. The IF is at 9 MHz and it is a single bander for 40 Meters. The power out is 5 watts using an IRF510. The basic IF amp block is two Plessey Amps and a pair of J310's configured as a Dual Gate MOSFET work on Receive as the Rx RF amp and on Transmit as the Transmitter Pre-Driver. the Driver stage is an optimized 2N2219A. The Microphone Amp is a 2N3904 and the Audio Output stage is a 2N3904 driving an LM386. The Plessey amps use a 2N3904/2N3906 and are bilateral. See my website www.n6qw.com for schematics and construction details. Extensive use of LT Spice was used to simulate various circuit elements and this rig uses a 16X4 seasick green LCD (because it was in the junk box. Pete N6QW
