Scott Morrison rejects return to Covid lockdowns ahead of national cabinet meeting

‘We have to move from a culture of mandates to a culture of responsibility’, Australian prime minister Scott Morrison said ahead of a National Cabinet meeting. State and territory leaders will hold a snap meeting before Christmas to discuss the issues posed by the Omicron variant of Covid-19.
