The story is that Spock and Kirk have been together for some while now, after many lovers spats, Kirk decides to play him behind his back with McCoy (supposedly Spock's best friend in this) as he seemed to understand the pain he was going through and he was vulnerable. Spock starts to get suspicious questioning Kirk and McCoy all the time, but everyone keeps telling him that he's mad! They argue about it, Kirk keeps trying to deny it, Scotty gets in the way and tries to stop them getting into anything too serious and Spock attacks him beginning to become out of control and decides that their relationship is over. He very soon starts to believe that he may be crazy and has to have treatment. Kirk feels guilty and can't bear to watch Spock being put through something that is in fact happening and tells him the truth. (Spock gets his revenge) Kirk doesn't realize it until afterwards how much he loved Spock and talks it over with McCoy and the others asking them for help and they suggest that he become Vulcan to show how dedicated he is to their relationship. As soon as he does this he races off to find Spock only to find him the hands of a woman! Filled with rage and hurt he swears that he will kill him for what he's done, however he is the one who falls.
