The Next Mayor | Candidates | Campus Philly Kick-Off
Campus Philly, an organization that seeks to connect students at Greater Philadelphia's many colleges and universities to the region, held their annual "Kick Off" on September 29, 2007 at the Benjamin Franklin Parkway. Part of the event included an introduction to the two men vying to be Philadelphia's next mayor - Democrat Michael Nutter and Republican Al Taubenberger. Each candidate gave a rousing welcome and then took questions from the audience. Here are highlights.
