How to create Ocean Effect in Resin?

Inspired by all the oceans on this earth. Here we show you how you may create the ocean effect with EPOKE Art Resin and EPOKE Ocean effect Art Pigments !!! Things you will need : EPOKE Art Resin EPOKE Ocean Effect Resin Pigments -Plastic Mixing Cup Weighing Scale Spirit Level Mixing Sticks Wooden board Straw Gloves Plastic sheet for the Table Blow Torch Steps : Step 1: Wear your gloves Step 2: Using a weighing scale measure and pour the resin and hardener into a mixing cup, in the ratio 3:1 by weight.Eg: 30 g of resin with 10 g of Hardener Step 3: Mix the resin+ hardener mixture slowly but thoroughly. Making sure not to incorporate too many mixing bubbles. Until the mixture is completely clear and has no UNMIXED strands left. Step 4: Prime the wooden surface with the resin-hardener mixture to make sure the wood is completely sealed. Step 5: Allow the primed surface to cure for at least 12 hours before your next pour . Step 6: Separate the clear resin hardener mixture into small cups depending on the quantity needed per colour . Step 7 : A little goes a long way !! Colour dosages can vary from as little as 2% upto 5% of the weight of the resin in the mix. Step 8: Check the level of the working surface and board Step 9: Start by pouring the darkest color first Note: The colours can be spread around using your fingers Step 10: Merge the colours to get rid of the distinct lines Step 11 : Use the blow torch to pop the bubbles, if any . Step 12 : On a line of clear resin mixture you can pour the ultra white pigment mixture Step 13 : Use a straw to create the waves. Step 14 : Wipe away any excess on the sides of your board Allow this to cure for 12 hours !!!
