11 civilians killed in eastern Ukraine airstrike

In Ukraine, at least 11 people are dead after an airstrike destroyed an apartment block in the eastern Ukrainian town of Snizhne. The attack adds to the steadily growing number of civilians killed over four months of fighting between government troops and pro-Russian separatists. CCTV's Roee Ruttenberg reports from Kiev.
