In live performances of Bohemian Rhapsody before November 25, 1978, when the opera section of the song was played from tape on stage, the line "I see a little silhouetto of a man" was missing, with only the piano being present. This was because when Queen first performed the song on the A Night At The Opera Tour from 1975 to 1976, it was split into 3 parts, with the Opera/Rock section played at the start of concerts as Freddie sang the line live, the closest Queen would ever come to doing any part of the Opera Section live. Even after Queen performed the song regularly from 1977 onward, they continued to use the old tape until the date mentioned, with the tape making only 1 reappearance at a concert in Japan on April 30, 1979, when the sound crew played the wrong backing tape by accident. I decided to make my own version of this old tape for anyone that wants to use it, I guess.
