Computer-Aided Drug Discovery (Dmitri Kireev; Oct-2-2020)

This is a very brief overview of computational tools used in drug discovery research. It consist of two parts: (i) an introduction to Drug Discovery in general - the process, deliverables, and technologies used; (ii) a more detailed story of how computers help to discover new drugs, with specific examples, mainly from my lab, but also a few cutting-edge studies by other groups.
