COVID-19 update, Nov 26: South Korea reports 583 new cases, highest in over eight months

South Korea has reported its biggest daily spike in COVID-19 cases since March. On Nov 26, 583 new infections were recorded. New clusters across the country ranged from private gatherings to the military. Some experts said the government is to blame for relaxing strict restrictions too early and that the infections are more dispersed in different parts of the capital Seoul -- making it much more difficult to trace and contain the coronavirus.
