All of the events so far come to a head at the live Gotham City mayoral debate between Mayor Hill and challenger Harvey Dent when The Penguin gate crashes the party and puts a dampener on the festivities. Along with some more awesome action set pieces, we also get one of the most impactful choices of the entire series, with the results literally affecting the rest of the game as a whole (and I totally made the wrong choice in hindsight lol so sorry about that).
