Dam collapse causes emergency evacuation

At least 150 thousand people have been forced to flee their homes in Northern California, because a nearby dam is at risk of collapsing. The Oroville Dam, which is the biggest in the US, has been weakened by torrential rain. Engineers are racing to fix it before another storm that's expected to hit later this week.
