Aloo Keema Cutlets | Aloo Keemay Ke Kabab | Aloo Keema Patties | Aloo Keema Tikki | Freeze & Store Ramadan Special Recipe | Aloo Keema Cutlets | Aloo Keema Tikki | Freeze & Store Ingredients Minced Meat - 1/2 kg, Potatoes (boiled & mashed) - 1 kg, Onion (chopped) - 2 Nos., Coriander Leaves - 1/2 cup, Green Chillies (chopped) - 10 Nos., Ginger Garlic paste - 1 Tbs, Salt to taste, Red Chilli Flakes - 1 Tbs, All Spice powder - 1/2 Tsp Ingredients for Coating Eggs - 2 Nos., Bread Crumbs Steps: 1. Add the Minced Meat along with 1/2 of the chopped Onions, Ginger Garlic paste, Salt & Chilli Flakes to pan & cook till the meat is done. 2. Once meat is done, turn off the flame & let it cool 3. Add the all spice powder, remaining chopped onions, green chillies & coriander leaves. Mix them. 4. Shape the mashed potatoes into cutlets adding the meat filling to it. 5. Dip the cutlets in the Egg & coat with the crumbs. 6. Shallow fry the Cutlets until golden brown on both sides.
