Follow up video from a complaint raised on 15th October 2022

A family of four visited the shop and claimed that a member of staff was scolding loudly and being rude to them. However, a customer in blue coat was not even noticing the staff was so called ''scolding loudly''. If the male staff was being rude and shouting out loud, the teenage girl should not be walking away from her parents, instead she was approaching close to the male staff. The video shows only the family themselves were looking at each other, it does not seem to be our fault to make someone feel 'hurting'
