A final bonus day of our Christmas Holiday extravaganza! I finished watching all of the "Silent Night, Deadly Night" movies to see whether or not they're amazing or if I started dying inside.. But did someone say "reboot"? Today's feature: 2012's "Silent Night", directed by Steven C. Miller. Like all semi-memorable slasher films from the 80s, "Silent Night, Deadly Night" got it's very own reboot in the 2000s. Only without Billy or Ricky Caldwell. Or an evil nun. Or a blind girl with empathic powers. Or an evil cult, or a toymaker. Pretty much just a killer Santa Claus. And a "Garbage Day" callback. But, it does have Malcolm McDowell. So... you know.
