Balloon Sale raw footage

This seems to be raw footage that was recorded for a commercial to be aired on my high school's television station, LTV. It advertises a balloon sale for...something. The guy doing the commercial is Brian Kasper. This likely was recorded in the 1995-1996 school year, when I was a senior. I wasn't involved in this, but I have the tape, so I'm posting it.
