Afghanistan suicide bombing kills 18

A suicide bombing in Afghanistan's capital has killed at least 18 people and wounded dozens. The nation's interior ministry said security guards identified a bomber who detonated explosives outside an education centre in Kabul. The attack occurred in an area home to many from the Shia community which is a religious minority targeted by the Islamic State in the past. The Islamic state has claimed responsibility for the attack.
