In this video I will be taking out the NVMe drive from the Xbox Ally X. This is an easy but delicate process once you have the case open. You can choose to disconnect the battery cable or not. If you wish to avoid disconnecting it then in this video you can see me removing the OEM Samsung NVMe SSD. I also removed the heatsink from the stick since I will be replacing this with my 4TB NVMe and will place the heatsink on that.
