You’re going to slide your legs up the wall, and at the same time lie back and relax, relax, relax 😌 Breath slowly and deeply while you tune in, sensing the benefits! You will feel lighter, brilliantly replenished, and as if a weight as been lifted off your body. I sometimes stay here for 5 minutes and afterwards I feel like I’ve had the most nourishing sleep! You can allow yourself to snooze off if you like, great in fact, that would mean you are dropping into a super deep relaxation, which is great.
