Alfredo Dubra's laboratory at Stanford University School of Medicine is focused on developing novel imaging techniques to use in combination with the adaptive optics ophthalmoscopes that his lab has developed as part of the Catalyst for a Cure (CFC) Biomarkers Initiative. Funded by Glaucoma Research Foundation in San Francisco, CA, the CFC team comprises four researchers, working in laboratories at prestigious academic centers, who bring expertise in disciplines ranging from biomedical imaging, physics, retinal cell biology, and neurobiology to clinical ophthalmology.
