U.K. Supreme Court rules Boris Johnson's suspension of parliament unlawful

The Supreme Court of the United Kingdom says British Prime Minister Boris Johnson broke the law twice. The unprecedented and unanimous ruling declared Johnson's advice to the Queen and his suspension of Parliament were both unlawful.
