No, ARC Raiders Is NOT A Broken Game.

Hey y'all! I really hope all of you had an enjoyable and at least restful holiday and nice start to 2026. I'm really excited to share another video with you, this one being a relative follow-up on the last ARC Raiders video I made, highlighting a lot of the responses and discussions I've seen on the last vid. I've seen the argument that ARC Raiders is a broken game with bad mechanics, wondering it's even worth playing with annoying, ratty players, and generally a whole contention on the community's participation in this game, and where that means we stand. In my humble yet honest opinion, ARC Raiders is so good, it's actually showing us how uncreative as gamers we've gotten. It's important we take time to see what we've actually been given before we demand it to change. I sincerely want to thank all of you for your recent subscriptions and support of my last video. I've been working a lot this past year to try and find my content-niche, obviously video gaming being the main course here, but I really love and am thankful for the opportunity to host and create these vids for y'all to enjoy and, at the very least, not feel alone in this. Any support truly means the world, and there are plenty more of video essays, walkthru videos and definitely some Discord hangouts in the future for any of y'all who are interested and jumping on this journey with me. My core value as a person is to create a safe and fun space for us as gamers, and as either younger or older men (and women) to hang together, offer memories and stories of the games and entertainment we've been fortunate enough to play, and share in it together. It's really a great time to be alive. If you guys have any ideas or suggestions for video essays you'd like to see, feel free to lemme know. And check out any of my other material for more breakdowns on the games that we love! God bless - Clayton Giles (Clay) *wanna play with? The game is set in a gritty, cinematic retro-future where survival depends on your ability to "Hunt or Be Hunted." As a Raider, you are dropped into a beautiful but dangerous world—scavenging for vital resources across diverse landscapes that shift from sun-drenched forests to desolate, wind-swept deserts. You must stay one step ahead of the ARC, a relentless mechanical threat from space, while navigating the constant tension of encountering other scavenging Raiders and squads. Featuring a unique "high-tech/low-life" aesthetic, intense tactical combat, and a striking high-contrast visual style, ARC Raiders challenges you to gear up, stay quiet, and do whatever it takes to survive the machines and bring your haul home.
