Man Takes Backhoe on Joy Ride in the Slowest Police Chase You've Ever Seen

Watch as a man dangerously takes a joyride on a back of a piece of construction equipment in the middle of the night. Deputies accuse 59-year old Carl Blahnik of dumping boulders on the roadway with a backhoe then going back and forth along the bridge for an hour and a half. Law enforcement was forced to follow him with lights and sirens. One of their vehicles was damaged during the pursuit. Investigators say he had a Wisconsin ID but they think he might be homeless. #InsideEdition
