Body found in search for missing Texas teen Camila Mendoza Olmos – remains to be ID’d in ‘next day or two’ A body was found in the search for missing Texas teen Camila Mendoza Olmos on Tuesday, nearly a week after she vanished from her home on Christmas Eve, according to authorities. The medical examiner has yet to confirm the identity of the body, which was discovered in a field close to Olmos’s home during a search by sheriff’s deputies and FBI agents, Bexar County Sheriff Javier Salazar said in a press conference late Tuesday. A gun was also recovered near the body. Salazar said authorities had been looking for a missing firearm belonging to Olmos’s relative, though it is not yet clear if it matches the one recovered at the scene.
