Famous podcast host Joe Rogan from the announced he tested positive for Covid-19 this Wednesday on social media. Rogan, who often hosts right-wing figures and spouts anti-vaccine conspiracies on his show, The Joe Rogan Experience @joerogan, stated that he 'threw the kitchen sink' at it, taking experimental monoclonal antibodies, Ivermectin, a z pack, and steroids to fight the virus. The MR crew calls out his blatant hypocrisy as he does not believe masks and vaccines are effective at preventing infection, but shows no hesitancy at taking experimental medication at the first sign of illness. That is incredibly expensive and really hard for regular people to access but he has a ton of money so he's able to one, sleep in a separate wing of the house separate part of the house, and then have a Regeneron treatment that he god is that the name of it whatever the monoclonal antibody treatment that he received which is not accessible to a lot of people and then, of course, he promotes the famed infamous ivermectin, where people are taking it on a regular basis and pooping out their intestinal lining ... Matt Binder: If you think about it though he probably has the legit like human version because he obviously probably has a doctor with the hookups right you get the actual they will hook him up yeah yeah right right he's not taking the disgusting horse paste. He's taking the actual ivermectin that humans can take that has no clear covet 19 effects Brandon Sutton: Seems like a bit of overkill though because like you know not to minimize having Covid but I had Covid and you know I didn't just like go out the moment I got it and was feeling shitty and just start taking literally everything in the drugstore. So it's kind of weird... that he's like you know goes from being this holistic guy, who you don't really need to be vaccinated because like if you're young and healthy or you know fit or you know practice karate or whatever you'll just like ride it out, but the moment there is some sort of like magical cure out there suddenly you should be taking it even if you're not sick? Because that'll prevent it or something, it's a very like a weird pivot to me
