Raila Odinga opposes proposed 3% housing levy

Azimio leader Raila Odinga has today slammed president William Ruto, whom he accused of hoodwinking the nation by backtracking on his campaign pledge to lower the cost of living. Speaking in Murang’a, Odinga further accused the head of state of high handedness, for imposing the housing levy arguing that the levy should not be mandatory.
