Shrimp and guacamole cocktail is a great starter for a dinner party. The spicy seafood and creamy avocado is always a great, mouth-watering, combination. Apart from being delicious and extremely eye-catching, this recipe is easy to make and uses fresh, regular ingredients that are easy to source. Ingredients: 1 avocado, halved ½ tbs lime juice 1 small garlic clove, crushed 1 sprig fresh cilantro (coriander) leaves, chopped Splash of hot sauce Salt Jumbo Shrimp Black Pepper 28g Sunfoil Canola Oil 1 ⅕ tbs chopped onion Directions: Add some oil to a deep pan and heat. Add garlic to the pan. Chop cilantro and add to the pan with salt and pepper. Add the jumbo shrimp. Squeeze lime juice over the shrimp while they cook. Remove the avocado from the peels and mash it up in a bowl with a splash of hot sauce. Add mashed avocado back into the peels and set aside.
